The unique Honeybell!

Many citrus lovers have never heard of a Honeybell before. If you've never tried a Honeybell you're missing out on one of the most unique varieties of citrus around! This variety is a Minneola Tangelo, nicknamed "Honeybells" in Florida because of their honey-sweet flavor and unique bell shape. They are a cross between a super sweet Duncan grapefruit and a Dancy tangerine.

We don’t grow a huge amount of Honeybells in Florida and they’re normally harvested only in January. Often Honeybells can be seedless, and come in varying sizes. The Honeybell is a premium eating-orange, with sweet honey flavor and very easy to peel with so much juice they say you need to sit in a bathtub to eat them!

Coming in January

We all need a little more sunshine in the dead of winter, and Honeybells come to the rescue. For a short time in January Honeybells begin to be harvested. We’ll be offering Honeybells at select truck locations as well as through our Online Store. Sign up to our mailing list so you will be the first to know when Honeybells are on the horizon!
